National Energy Administration: The installed capacity of electricity generation nationwide in January-May is 4.01 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 11.0%.
According to the Securities Times app, on June 25th, the National Energy Administration released the national electricity statistics for January to May. As of the end of May, the cumulative installed capacity of power generation in the country was 4.01 billion kilowatts, an increase of 11.0% year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 1.26 billion kilowatts, an increase of 16.3% year-on-year; the installed capacity of wind power was 660 million kilowatts, an increase of 17.0% year-on-year. From January to May, the average utilization of power generation equipment in the country was 1155 hours, a decrease of 95 hours compared to the same period last year.
