Xiamen Tungsten Industry: the listing guidance and acceptance of the holding subsidiary Jinlong Rare Earth on the Beijing Stock Exchange has been completed.

Xiamen Tungsten Industry announced that its holding subsidiary, Fujian Jinlong Rare Earth Co., Ltd., intends to apply for a public offering of shares to unspecified qualified investors and to list on the Beijing Stock Exchange. On June 23, 2026, Jinlong Rare Earth received a completion letter for guidance work acceptance issued by the Fujian Regulatory Bureau and has passed the guidance acceptance. However, there is a risk that Jinlong Rare Earth may not be able to pass the listing review of the Beijing Stock Exchange or the registration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for public offering and fail to list.
