According to the company's annual securities report, for the fiscal year ending in March, Chairman Stacy Smith's salary increased nearly 15 times, totaling 4.4 billion yen (approximately 27 million US dollars). Former President Nobuo Hayasaka's salary increased by more than 6 times, reaching 794 million yen. Hayasaka stepped down in April, transferring leadership to Hiroo Ota.
