Sturgeon Technology: Plans to globally issue 16.33 million H shares, with an offering price of HK$75.50.

On the morning of June 22, Xunlong Technology announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue 16,332,900 H shares, with 1,633,300 H shares to be sold in Hong Kong and 14,699,600 H shares to be sold internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The offering price is HK$75.50 per share. It is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026.
