(hereinafter referred to as "Qingdao VisionCrystal") and other parties. The company plans to acquire Qingdao VisionCrystal's indium phosphide substrates and semiconductor electronic materials research and development, manufacturing, and sales business. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to all assets related to this business, as well as business teams, patents, trademarks, proprietary technologies, and other intellectual property rights. The total transaction price is 55 million yuan.
