The MSCI Asia-Pacific Index stabilized after five consecutive trading days of gains. Boosted by the continuous rebound of chip stocks, the South Korean Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) led the Asia-Pacific region on Friday with a 2.6% increase, reaching a new historical high. The Nikkei 225 Index rose 1.2% on Friday before narrowing its gains.
