Chinese Ambassador to Peru, Song Yang, said in his speech that the Chancay Port has been operating for over a year, and has opened 3 main routes and 4 branch routes, covering major ports in China, and radiating to countries such as Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, and Panama. It has become an important logistics hub connecting the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America, and that the Chancay Port has not brought any debt burden to Peru's finances, as it has entirely relied on market financing and corporate investment.
