ST Friendship Announcement states that the 38th meeting of the third board of directors of the company passed the proposal to acquire the equity of Jiangsu Huiju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and signed related agreements. The company intends to acquire over 50% of Huiju Pharmaceutical held by Huang Hua and others. According to preliminary calculations, this transaction constitutes a major asset restructuring. If the transaction goes smoothly, the company will obtain control of Huiju Pharmaceutical, which will help in expanding new profit growth points and enhancing sustained operational capability. This proposal has been approved by the relevant meeting and does not need to be submitted for shareholder approval.
