Kingdom Group Environmental Protection (06805.HK) subsidiary enters into construction contract with Guangdong Jinjunda.

Wisdom Financial News APP News, Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection (06805.HK) announced that Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda have entered into a previous construction contract for the provision of general contracting construction and related services for four parks of the group. On June 18, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Jinmaoyuan Environmental Protection Group (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. and Hubei Jinmao Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. have respectively entered into further agreements with Guangdong Jinjunda to provide similar nature of general contracting construction and related services.
