Dongguan, Guangdong province launches Level IV flood response.

Dongguan City Flood Control Office issued an urgent notice adjusting the response from heavy rain to Level IV flood control: The city meteorological station has issued an orange rainstorm warning signal for multiple towns, expecting long-lasting heavy rainfall and high disaster risk. According to the "Dongguan City Flood Control, Drought Prevention, Wind and Frost Protection Emergency Plan", after discussion and assessment, the Municipal Flood Control Command decided to adjust the emergency response from heavy rain to Level IV flood control at 11:20 on June 18th.
