According to the Qichacha APP, it was recently founded that Shenzhen Xingshi Wujie Technology Co., Ltd., with Jiang Yu as the legal representative. The registered capital is 20 million RMB, and its business scope includes: research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; manufacturing of industrial robots; sales of industrial robots; and manufacturing of service consumer robots. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Yuejiang.
