Former director Yang Xiaoren of the Yantai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport is under investigation.

According to the news from the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Ministry of Transport, and the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Commission, Yang Xiaoren, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Yantai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Ministry of Transport, as well as monitoring and investigation by the Yantai Municipal Supervisory Committee of Shandong Province.
