Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Committee and Mayor Lu Hongwei of Henan Province is under investigation

According to a report on the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervisory Commission, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Henan Province has announced that Lu Hongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Committee of Henan Province and Mayor of the city, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Henan Province.
