On June 15th, Shen Xiaoming, the Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, conducted a secret inspection in Liuyang City to check the safety production of fireworks and firecrackers raw materials using the "four no two direct" approach. He emphasized the need to deeply implement the important discourse on safety production by General Secretary Xi Jinping, firmly establish the concept of safe development, strictly supervise the entire chain of fireworks and firecrackers safety, and effectively maintain the bottom line of safety production. Liuyang City Dayao Town is the world's largest fireworks and firecrackers raw materials trading market, accounting for more than 70% of the national trade volume. Shen Xiaoming visited the Jinshi Storage Service Department and the Dayao Huihong Fireworks Raw Materials Storage Base, checked the work logs, inquired about enterprise leasing, registration, risk hazard rectification, and safety responsibility implementation, and inspected the storage areas of raw materials with industry experts and regulatory department officials, carefully identifying risks and addressing hazards on the spot. Later, Shen Xiaoming visited the Dayao International Fireworks and Firecrackers Trade City, entered a raw materials business store, and learned about sales records, product flow, etc. Shen Xiaoming urged the business leaders to always keep a tight grip on safety production, strictly implement the main responsibility for safety production, strengthen comprehensive and standardized management throughout the process, and effectively rectify any problems discovered. Relevant departments should strengthen guidance and supervision, focus on fireworks and firecrackers production, operation, transportation, and firing links, establish a closed-loop supervision mode for the entire process, and improve long-term safety mechanisms. During the inspection, Shen Xiaoming emphasized that party committees and governments at all levels in the province should take safety production as an important content for establishing and practicing correct performance education, strictly implement the safety production responsibility system regulations, fully implement the requirements of "shared responsibility between the Party and government, dual responsibilities at each post, coordinated management, and accountability for negligence", and firmly coordinate development and safety.
