Former director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, Hou Jingmin, is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Ministry of Water Resources and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Committee of Shanxi Province, former Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, Hou Jingmin, is currently under disciplinary review for suspected serious violations of discipline and law. He is also under investigation by the Discipline Inspection and Supervisory Committee of Jincheng City, Shanxi Province.
