COFCO Group: Sales revenue reached 6.4 billion RMB in the first five months, participating in the establishment of the Special Assets Center of the All-China Real Estate Commercial Association.

On June 15, Ocean Group released unaudited operating data. In May, the company achieved a sales volume of 1.73 billion yuan; the sales floor area was 176,200 square meters; and the average selling price was 9,800 yuan per square meter. In the first 5 months of this year, Ocean Group's cumulative sales volume was approximately 6.4 billion yuan; the cumulative sales floor area was approximately 504,400 square meters; and the cumulative selling price was 12,700 yuan per square meter. On the operational front, on May 15, Ocean Group announced that the establishment ceremony of the special asset center of the All-China Real Estate Business Association was held at the company's Beijing headquarters. The center was jointly initiated by the All-China Real Estate Business Association, Ocean Group, and Shengshi ShenZhou Fund.
