Xinjunda (300518.SZ) shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

Zhimedia Finance APP news, Xinxunda (300518.SZ) announced that the shareholder China Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd.-Minmetals Trust-High-Quality Vision Equity Investment Single Fund Trust 2 (referred to as "China Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd.") plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 199.41 million shares (inclusive), accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction will be carried out through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of the reduction plan announcement, starting from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement (the reduction will not be carried out during any legal or regulatory window periods). Additionally, the shareholder also plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 398.82 million shares (inclusive), accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company through block trades.
