ST Changyuan announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhuhai Yuntaili plan to sign a "Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Gree Supply Chain to carry out supply chain procurement business cooperation. Gree Supply Chain plans to provide Zhuhai Yuntaili with a revolving purchasing business credit limit of up to 200 million yuan, and the company will provide joint and several liability guarantees for the performance of the agreement by Zhuhai Yuntaili. Gree Supply Chain has a related relationship with the company, and this transaction constitutes a related party transaction, which requires approval by the shareholders meeting. In the past 12 months, the company has also had transactions with related parties such as factoring financing and property leasing.
