The Zhifutong Finance and Economics APP reported that Zhongfutong (300560.SZ) announced that, based on the company's development strategy, its subsidiary Shenzhen Yingboda Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yingboda") plans to jointly invest with Zhejiang Dream Factory Incubator Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dream Factory") and Fuzhou Minhoud Xuhang Co-Creation Industrial Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xuhang Investment") to establish Hangzhou Sunshell Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to approval by the market supervision and management department, referred to as "Sunshell Technology"). The registered capital of Sunshell Technology is 180 million RMB. Yingboda will subscribe 91.8 million RMB and hold 51% of the shares; Dream Factory will subscribe 61.2 million RMB and hold 34% of the shares; Xuhang Investment will subscribe 27 million RMB and hold 15% of the shares.
