According to information from the QiChaCha app, recently, there have been changes in the business registration of Novah Fusion Energy Technology Co., Ltd. New shareholders, including Beijing Longzhu Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise affiliated with Meituan and Fujian Longzhu Wenyuan Chuang Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, have been added, with the registered capital increased to 2.3448 million yuan. QiChaCha information shows that the company was established in April 2025, with business scope including natural scientific research and experimental development, professional design services, industrial engineering design services, and artificial intelligence application software development. Public information shows that Novah Fusion is the first domestic enterprise focusing on the research and industrialization of small-scale controllable nuclear fusion technology.
