On June 13, Beijing signed 272 new homes and 792 second-hand homes on the housing network.

According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on June 13th, there were 272 new homes signed online, with a total area of 20,865.64 square meters. Among them, there were 131 residential units signed online, with a total area of 15,926.54 square meters. Additionally, there were 209 second-hand homes signed online, with a total area of 18,876.14 square meters, including 193 residential units signed online, with a total area of 18,287.1 square meters.
