Ruizheng New Materials announced that the company has decided to terminate the joint investment establishment of Shanghai Pingrui Anxi Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise with Ping An Life Insurance and Ping An Capital ahead of schedule. The total equity capital of the fund is not less than 715 million yuan, with the company's equity capital amounting to 490 million yuan, accounting for 68.53%. As of the announcement date, the fund has received a total of 10 million yuan in capital contributions, with the company contributing 7 million yuan. This termination of investment will not have a substantial impact on the company's daily production and operation activities.
