Hengxin Technology (01085.HK) and its subsidiary have entered into construction engineering contracts with a company under the Xinjiang Group for the Qinghai project.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Hengxin Technology (01085.HK) announced that on June 12, 2026, Qinghai Zhongkong (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into the following contracts with the following companies under the supervision of Xinjin Group, with a total contract price of RMB 4.726 billion (including tax): (I) Construction Engineering Contract with Xinxin Green Energy (as the contractor) for the construction engineering on the site; (II) Equipment Supply Contract with Green Source Xin Energy (as the supplier) for the supply and procurement of equipment required for the construction and operation of the Qinghai project; (III) Equipment Installation Engineering Contract with Xinxin Green Energy (as the contractor) for the installation and commissioning of equipment on the site.
