Guangxi Energy: Plans to acquire 33.7202% equity of Guangxi Guangtou Qiaogong Energy Development Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of 1.05 billion yuan.

Guangxi Energy announced that it intends to acquire 25.6962% of the equity of Guangxi Guangtou Qiaogong Energy Development Co., Ltd. and 8.0240% of the equity held by ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. and CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., at a total transaction price of 1.05 billion yuan.
