According to the Qichacha app, recently, Jiangxi National Rare Earth Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Zhihong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.25 billion yuan. Its business scope includes mineral resources exploration, ore dressing, rare earth metal smelting, new material technology research and development, sales of rare earth functional materials, and sales of new metal functional materials. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd., Ganjiang Innovation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Zhonghe Resources Development Co., Ltd. under China Uranium Corporation.
