According to the Tianyancha App, on May 29th, Wuhu Qida Power Battery System Co., Ltd. underwent a commercial change, with its registered capital increasing from about 230 million RMB to about 2.53 billion RMB, an increase of approximately 1004%. The company was established in June 2015, with Li Zhongbing as the legal representative. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, and manufacturing of automobile parts and accessories, with Chery Automobile holding full ownership.
