Tianyancha App shows that recently, Anhui Moqing Equity Investment Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Guibing as the legal representative. The registered capital is 100 million RMB, and the business scope is to engage in investment activities with its own funds. It is wholly owned by Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chery Automobile.
