Stardust Intelligence Completes Series B Financing of Over 1 Billion RMB

Rope-driven AI robot company Stardust Intelligence has completed its Series B financing round, completing three rounds of financing within three months, with a total financing amount exceeding 1 billion RMB, and a valuation exceeding 10 billion RMB. This round of investors include Liangxi Science and Technology Industrial Fund Phase II, Yangzhou Longtou Xingli, Zhongbo Julie, and other state-owned and financial investment institutions, Zhongke Chuanda, Kede Education, a certain well-known listed company, and industrial investors, as well as existing shareholders such as Guoke Investment. Huaxing Capital serves as the exclusive financial advisor. This round of financing will be used for the iteration of AI base model, high-quality data accumulation in real scenarios, and expansion of research and development talent pool.
