US cloud computing service provider NEBIUS strengthened again in pre-market trading, now rising over 6%, with the stock soaring over 14% yesterday, pushing its stock price to a new all-time high; CoreWeave rose over 4% in pre-market trading, and closed nearly 14% higher yesterday.
