On June 2nd, Zheng Zhujie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, presided over a symposium with 7 state-owned enterprises including China COSCO Shipping Group, China Coal Technology and Engineering Group, China Resources Recycling Group, China Logistics Group, China Sunline Logistics Information Company, China International Cargo Airlines, and China Shenhua Coal to Oil and Chemical Industry Company. The discussion focused on deepening the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, advancing the construction of a unified national market, promoting green and low-carbon development, and ensuring energy security, among other key national strategies. Zheng Zhujie carefully listened to the presentations and suggestions of each enterprise leader, engaging in in-depth interactions and addressing concerns one by one. He emphasized the need to adhere to goals and problem-oriented approaches, optimize the layout and structure of state-owned economy, enhance the technological innovation, industrial control, and safety support functions of state-owned enterprises, and stimulate their vitality; to actively serve the construction of a unified national market, maintain the market system, and help form the infrastructure of the unified market, aiding the construction of a modern circulation network; to implement the "dual carbon" strategy seriously, promote green and low-carbon development, promote the clean and efficient utilization of coal, facilitate the green and low-carbon transformation of industries, and effectively ensure energy security; and to set a good example in supporting and driving the development of private enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, promote complementary advantages and common development of various ownership economies.
