Yong'an Futures announced that at a meeting in June 2025, the company approved a share repurchase plan to repurchase shares with a funding range of 0.5-1 billion yuan, to reduce registered capital. The repurchase period is until June 29, 2026. In May 2026, the company repurchased 710,000 shares, accounting for 0.049% of the total shares, with a payment amount of 9,998,500 yuan. As of May 31, a total of 4.315 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.299% of the total shares, with a total payment of 64,991,500 yuan, at a repurchase price of 13.74-16.48 yuan per share.
