Recently, the Beijing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Cansino Biologics Inc., officially signed 6 "Newly Emerging and Major Infectious Disease Prevention and Control" national key scientific research projects. The content of the projects covers the research and development of vaccines and antibody drugs for various pathogens such as Ebola virus, Marburg virus, dengue virus, and Zika virus, as well as the mechanism of severe manifestation and early intervention strategies for important mosquito-borne viral diseases. The "Newly Emerging and Major Infectious Disease Prevention and Control" national key scientific research project aims to target the major strategic needs of the country in the field of infectious disease prevention and control and systematically layout key technologies for vaccine, drug, and prevention and control.
