Jiafa Education: Intends to participate in the establishment of an investment fund with 10.49 million yuan.

Jiafa Education announced that the company plans to jointly establish the Qingdao Yuancheng Hui Zhi Technology Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise with Qingdao Zhongke Yuancheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. The company plans to invest 10.49 million yuan from its own funds as a limited partner, accounting for 8.5396% of the fund. The total amount of capital commitment of the fund is 123 million yuan, mainly for investing in future industries with growth potential. This investment can help to make use of idle funds, explore opportunities for industrial synergy, but the partnership enterprise has not completed registration yet, and the investment returns are uncertain.
