Reporters learned on June 2 from Air China and other airlines that the fuel surcharge for domestic flights in mainland China will be lowered starting from 0:00 on June 5. The specific standards are as follows: 80 yuan per segment for flights below 800 kilometers, and 150 yuan per segment for flights above 800 kilometers. Infants are exempt from fuel surcharges, while children, revolutionary disabled soldiers, and disabled police officers on duty will only be charged half of the fuel surcharge. Compared to the current fuel surcharge standards, flights below 800 kilometers will be lowered by 10 yuan, and flights above 800 kilometers will be lowered by 20 yuan.
