On June 1st, Fitch Ratings granted Well Link Life Insurance Company Limited ("Well Link Life Insurance") a BBB/Stable rating for its proposed issuance of USD-denominated T2 subordinated capital bonds rated "BB+". The above bonds represent the insurer's direct, unsecured, and subordinated debt. The proceeds from the issuance will be used to enhance its capital adequacy ratio and for general corporate purposes.
