At the opening ceremony of the SNEC exhibition held today, Gao Jifan, Chairman of GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd., stated that in the development routes of crystalline silicon and photovoltaic technology, the company has planned three technology development stages for 2024, 2026, and 2030+. In 2026, the company will enter the second stage, adopting the dual technology route of TOPCon 3.0+THBC in parallel; after 2030, the company will enter the third stage, forming a synergistic combination of TOPCon 3.0, THBC, and silicon calcium titanate layered three technologies. Currently, the power of the company's perovskite silicon stacked modules has reached 907W. He stated that after multiple rounds of iterations and steady improvement, the perovskite silicon stacking has become the future mainstream research and development direction for photovoltaic cells.
