A short-term accelerated decline occurred at 9:10 PM Beijing time, with the price hitting a daily low of $4447.97 at 10:00 PM. COMEX gold futures fell by 1.74%, to $4513.00 per ounce, with prices ranging between $4577.30 and $4476 throughout the day.
