Industrial and Commercial Bank of China helps the Republic of Kazakhstan successfully issued the first sovereign Panda bonds.

On May 26, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, as the lead underwriter, joint bookrunner and account bank, assisted the Republic of Kazakhstan in successfully issuing 3.4 billion yuan sovereign panda bonds in the China Interbank Bond Market with a maturity of 3 years. This issuance marked the Republic of Kazakhstan's debut in the panda bond market, and is of great significance in deepening financial cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
