Tianrong Tianyu announced that the company has recently signed a "partnership agreement" with Beijing Shanghe Momentum Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., using its own funds of 4 million yuan to subscribe for 3.69% of the equity investment partnership of Jiaxing Shanghe Sutong. The target subscription scale of the fund is RMB 108 million, mainly for equity investment in Beijing Huixi Intelligent Information Technology Co., Ltd. This investment does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and does not require approval by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting.
