Greenway Technology Announcement: Shareholders Chuangyumingsun, Chuangyumingheng, Chuangyuminghui, and Chuangyukaiyue, who collectively hold a total of 13,119,800 shares of the company, plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 4,279,500 shares from June 18, 2026 to September 17, 2026 through centralized bidding and block trading.
