The 15th Five-Year Plan Outline for the National Economic and Social Development of Zhengzhou City has been released, proposing to continue the special actions of "Insurance Capital Entering Zhengzhou" and "Fund Entering Zhengzhou," explore the national social security fund entering Zhengzhou, accelerate the development of private equity and venture capital funds, complete and expand the fund matrix, attract more long-term capital, patient capital, and overseas capital to invest in Zhengzhou. Support the Central Plains Equity Exchange Center to apply for more business pilot projects, support the transformation and development of Zhengzhou Bank, accelerate the listing of more high-quality enterprises, and build an innovative system of capital support covering the full spectrum of small and micro enterprises, as well as technology and innovation enterprises throughout their life cycle. By 2030, it is aimed to have 70 listed companies at home and abroad.
