Among them, "5G RF front-end chip and module R&D and industrialization upgrading project" is 20.0754 million yuan, "RF SoC R&D and industrialization upgrading project" is 12.327 million yuan, and "headquarters base and R&D center construction project" is 1.9736 million yuan. In the future, the company will use its own funds to pay for part of the fundraising project as needed, and exchange it with an equal amount of raised funds. This matter has been approved by the board of directors, and the sponsor has no objection.
