Sun Cable Announcement: Shareholder Fujian Yili Group Co., Ltd., holding 5% or more of the shares, had previously planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 21.67 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from February 25, 2026 to May 24, 2026. As of May 24, 2026, this reduction plan has been completed. Yili Group reduced 7.2233 million shares through centralized bidding and 14.2167 million shares through block trading during the reduction period, totaling 21.44 million shares, accounting for 2.96% of the company's total share capital. After this reduction, Yili Group holds 75.0919 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.40% of the total share capital.
