Sichuan Tianqi Lithium Industries announced that from April 1, 2026 to May 22, 2026, a total of 11,430,650 shares of "Tianqi Convertible Bonds" were converted into shares, increasing the company's total share capital from 331 million shares to 343 million shares. The proportion of company shares held by Wu Feizhou, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, decreased from 17.57% to 16.98% due to passive dilution, with equity changes affecting integer multiples of 1%. This equity change does not involve changes in the number of shares held, shareholder reduction, or tender offers, and will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder, nor will it affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations.
