Before the members of the eighth Board of Directors take office, the members of the seventh Board of Directors shall continue to perform their duties in accordance with the laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association (as amended from time to time). After nomination by the Nomination Committee and approval by the Board of Directors, the company proposes the following list of candidates for the eighth Board of Directors: (a) Three candidates for executive directors: Mr. Li Donglin, Mr. Shang Jing, and Mr. Xu Shaolong; (b) Four candidates for independent non-executive directors: Mr. Li Kaiguo, Mr. Zhong Ninghua, Mr. Lin Zhaofeng, and Ms. Feng Xiaoyun.
