On May 25, in response to recent discussions in the market about "top-tier lending institutions benignly exiting fixed-income products," Yiren Digital Ltd. released a statement stating that as an independently operated publicly listed company, it operates separate business units that are independent from each other, with operations completely isolated from each other and not influencing each other. Yiren Digital Ltd. has not engaged in any wealth management-related businesses. Yiren Digital Ltd. also stated that currently, the company's overall operating conditions are stable, all business sectors are progressing in an orderly manner, cash flow and risk control indicators are healthy, and are not affected by related market discussions.
