The patent application date is September 28, 2023, and the original patent holder was Guangzhou Dabo Biological Products Co., Ltd. The new patent holder is Hainan JiMin Boao International Hospital Co., Ltd. The patent transfer involves the DB006 oncolytic adenovirus injection project, which is currently in phase I clinical trials focusing on solid tumor-related diseases.
