Jiemei Tech (300868.SZ) plans to invest 235 million yuan in Daimond and will acquire a 51.99% equity stake.

The Zhitong Finance APP reports that Jiemai Special (300868.SZ) has announced that the company has signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with certain natural person shareholders of Daimonde, and has re-signed an "Investment Agreement" (replacing the "Original Investment Agreement") with Daimonde and its founding shareholders. The total investment amount for this transaction is 235 million yuan, of which 1.35 billion yuan is used to purchase 22.4895% equity of Daimonde in cash; at the same time, an additional 1 billion yuan is used to increase capital to Daimonde in cash. After this transaction is completed, the company will hold a total of 51.9892% equity of Daimonde, making Daimonde a subsidiary of the company and included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
