The office of the National Narcotics Control Commission has issued a notice to prevent the leakage of eight types of chemicals used in drug production.
To prevent the leakage of eight chemicals including -bromobutyrophenone used in the manufacture of drugs, the National Narcotics Control Commission Office publicly released the "Warning Notice on Preventing Eight Chemicals from Entering Illegal Channels for Drug Manufacturing" on May 22. The notice specifies the CAS numbers and customs commodity numbers of the eight chemicals, reminding relevant enterprises and individuals to strictly follow the warning notice requirements issued by the National Narcotics Control Office in August 2019, November 2023, and November 2025, enhance legal awareness, and comply with domestic and foreign laws and regulations when engaging in the operation and export trade activities of the eight chemicals. These eight chemicals include: -bromobutyrophenone, -chlorobutyrophenone, acetyl chloride, benzaldehyde, benzyl chloride, methylamine, benzyl alcohol, and N-methylformamide.
