Fudan Microelectronics: Guosheng Investment intends to acquire 107 million shares held by Fuxinfan High

Fudan Microelectronics announced that Guosheng Investment intends to acquire 107 million shares of Fudan Microelectronics, accounting for 12.96% of the total shares, held by Fuxin Fan High through an agreement transfer. After this transfer is completed, Guosheng Investment will become the largest shareholder of Fudan Microelectronics.
